[OmniFaces utilities 2.0] URL-prettify the given string

[OmniFaces utilities] The prettyURL() function URL-prettify the given string. It performs the following tasks:

• Lowercase the string.
• Remove combining diacritical marks.
• Replace non-alphanumeric characters by hyphens.
