[OmniFaces utilities (2.0)] Check if a renderer type is recognizeable as RichFaces resource library renderer

[OmniFaces utilities] The isRichFacesResourceLibraryRenderer() method returns true if the given renderer type is recognizeable as RichFaces resource library renderer.
